In 2010, Ordina implemented the SAP Plant Maintenance solution to help Kind & Gezin, a public authority concerned with children’s welfare, automate and streamline its logistic processes, at all its locations. The upgrade aimed mainly to have one consistent way of call-logging, speed up problem solving, ensure the traceability of calls, involve all end-users in the processes, assure consistent, up-to-date reporting and better manage the facilities and contracts.
